The mission and objective of Local 3313 is to facilitate and improve employee performance and productivity, thus increasing the effective accomplishment of the Agency's goals and mission. The mission is achieved by working closely with senior management, labor relations personnel, and the bargaining unit to:

Partner with senior management to quickly address and resolve employee concerns at all levels.

Negotiate in good faith, with integrity and collaboration to resolve employee concerns in a confidential manner.

Respect the dignity of employees in the implementation and application of laws, agreements, and personnel policies and practices.
