AFGE Local 3313 is the exclusive representative and advocate for Federal Bargaining unit Employees (BUEs) of five Operating Administrations (OAs) in the Department of Transportation. The Local represents and assists BUEs with grievances, disability issues, appeals of ratings, and other performance and conduct issues.
